What to Expect

For most of us, going to a new church can be an intimidating experience. We want to make you feel at home, so here is a little background on who we are and what you can expect.

Relationships:: Our first priority in worship is to honor God. Part of this is coming together each Sunday for conversation and friendship. We really are a part of each other's life and the relationships you will find here are deep and lasting.

Worship Elements: As part of our Lutheran background we like to include certain elements every Sunday like: Communion (this is open to all Christians), Scripture Reading, a Sermon, Music, Prayer, and Reflective Time to think about the week.

Contemporary Worship: We have a relaxed contemporary worship style that is interactive and family friendly. All of our service is done on Powerpoint, so there are no books to juggle, no stacks of handouts to sift through, and lots of creativity. And don't worry, you can come dressed casually if you like, but you don't need to.

Children's Church: We know parents want their children in worship, but they want to be able to pay attention to the sermon. Every week the kids go out to Children's Church right after the Children's Sermon and come back in time for Communion, giving you, the parent, time for the sermon, prayer, and a little reflective time.
